Last updated November 3, 2026. This policy explains how Hydra Labs, Inc. (“Hydra Biome,” “we” or “us”) handles your information on this website while we take waitlist sign-ups.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. We don’t ask for any other personal or health information on this website.

If you arrive through a tagged link, such as one in a post or newsletter, we save the name of that campaign with your sign-up. Your browser keeps that label until you close the tab.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running. Our fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, so your browser also shares your IP address with Google when it loads them.

We don’t use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your email address only to tell you about our opening, booking availability and related Hydra Biome news, and to respond if you contact us. We use campaign names to understand which of our marketing is working. We use technical information only to operate and protect the website.

Joining the waitlist may suggest an interest in colon hydrotherapy, so we treat your sign-up as private. We don’t use it to advertise to you on other websites.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, and only for that purpose:

• Netlify hosts this website and stores waitlist sign-ups.
• Google provides the fonts on this website.
• Other providers may help us keep a backup of the waitlist and send our emails.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we no longer need it for the waitlist. We may keep a record of an unsubscribe request so that we can honor it.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe.
• You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We won’t treat you differently for using them.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Health information

This website isn’t a place to share medical information, and joining the waitlist doesn’t create a client relationship. Please don’t send us health details by email.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Where your information is processed

We’re based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change significantly affects how we use your email, we’ll tell you by email.
